One platform, two audiences

Most VA resources pick a side. Platforms aimed at job seekers don’t tell you what it’s like to manage someone remotely. Resources for business owners don’t explain the VA’s perspective on onboarding, unclear instructions, or scope creep. We cover both — because the relationship works better when both sides understand each other.

What “MY” means

VirtualCrew.my isn’t a Malaysian site. The .my domain reads as “MY” — my virtual crew, my VA career. It’s a statement of ownership. Whether you’re building a career or a team, this is yours to build.
